Is it BAD market or NOT SO GOOD market??

I was reviewing my previous many posts, just realise that there are traces of negetivity in them, I guess I was partly affected by the lack of performance from my team recently, which again, if I wanted to, I can blame the Stock Market for it. But i am telling myself, positive thinking is always the key to personal success, so from today onwards I am gonna change my attitude.

Nowsaday when I visit my clients or my competitors their 1st questions are usually: 'How is the market?' And my honest answer would be: 'Not as good as Last Year, but IT'S GOOD~'

What do I mean? There are 2 ways to look at the MARKET:

1. The Buyer Market, and/or
2. The Seller Market.

Which side are you at my friend?

As an UTC I would stand at the Seller Market and look back at where the Money is flowing these days. Our group (the InvestSTAR Group) has clock in more than RM11Millions as at today, you heard me right, it's eleven millions Ringgit Malaysia, as compared to last year we had more than RM27Millions!! Ok, market is not as good as last year, but are we doing great?? I would put a definite YES on my forehead as I walk down the street to see my next client.

As a suggestion from myself, it is the one of the BEST TIMES to recruit your potential consultant in and build up your client list, because before you know it, the market may just started swinging  upward again in no time.

If you miss 1997, please don't miss this 2008, if you do, you would have to wait another 11 years, adn how many 11 years you left on your birth cert? ;-)
