Final on the Marathon?

This is today.

This is few days ago...

Last night run sucks~

The 2 machines I usually use is occupied, so I was force to stick to this older machine, the meter is much different from the other machine, according to the meter I only covered less than 2 KM, but I feel that I have reach about 2.5 KM, dont know why.. The speed meter is also much different, running at 7 was like 11 at the other machine...

Not much, had a good start but didnt last long on stamina~

This is how far people run for the 21KM Half Marathon last year.. Not sure about this year but...

argggggg~ This is last night run, I cant break through for few times liao~ I think i need to lose another 5 KGs before I can hit 4km and more...

Less mileage, more calories.. what??

Guess that I can push to 6KM in 1 hour in 2 weeks time?? I hope so...

I AM RUNNING FOR MARATHON THIS YEAR~

For me this is an obvious improvement man~ I wish I can run for the Full Marathon this 11 October 2009!

2KM in 25 minutes only can burn around 200 cal~

I know one day I can run like Seventh, I just know~ ;-)
