Human are full of weakness, we cant be too cold or too hot, we cant live in water for too long, we cant fall from too high, we cant fly, we cant live without air, we cant be too hungry, we cant survive without water for more than 3 days, we... cant stop aging, we cant survive mentally without friends for a prolong period of time, we cant cure cancel...
We only have earth as a livable planet so far, we have only a thin layer of atmosphere between the outer space and oceans, we CAN chose not to pollute the air with not smoking, we CAN chose not to drink bottled water to reduce the wastage, we CAN chose trans-fat-free biscuit to stay healthier, we CAN care for others to stop little argue which may lead to WAR.
We are human. Not animal. We CAN chose smart act. Be smart, stop smoking.

InvestSTAR Group is entering a new ERA!
For the past few months, we have an Agency Supervisor who choose to 'plug in' into our InvestSTAR Group's - STAR System - Stage 01 and achieve some obvious preliminary results which includes:
1. Increased Sales Activities by consultants, this is reflected in the call back rate and questions collected from prospects to their supervisors and managers.
2. Increased Sales Volume by new consultants, this is reflected in the CAMS system.
3. Increased relationship and peer-pressure among teams within a same group.
The STAR System - Stage 02 will cover the remaining module:
1. To increase Good Group Culture.
2. To install general Good Group Practises and Guidelines.
3. To sub-divide all overgrown Teams to smaller Teams.
4. To promote a new Leader within each Team.
5. etc.
The good news is: Until today, this proven STAR System is still FREE!!!!!
But it will not be free forever and I expect 2011 will be the year we open up this system to be accessible to all Groups in PM KK. :-)
