InvestSTAR Group is entering a new ERA!

For the past few months, we have an Agency Supervisor who choose to 'plug in' into our InvestSTAR Group's - STAR System - Stage 01 and achieve some obvious preliminary results which includes:
1. Increased Sales Activities by consultants, this is reflected in the call back rate and questions collected from prospects to their supervisors and managers.
2. Increased Sales Volume by new consultants, this is reflected in the CAMS system.
3. Increased relationship and peer-pressure among teams within a same group.

The STAR System - Stage 02 will cover the remaining module:
1. To increase Good Group Culture.
2. To install general Good Group Practises and Guidelines.
3. To sub-divide all overgrown Teams to smaller Teams.
4. To promote a new Leader within each Team.
5. etc.

The good news is: Until today, this proven STAR System is still FREE!!!!!

But it will not be free forever and I expect 2011 will be the year we open up this system to be accessible to all Groups in PM KK. :-)

Hi guys~ Long time no see... ;-)

Apart from Apple MacOS X and iPhone, I think Facebook (FB) is another world class great innovation that rocks almost everybody in the world.

Since I came to know FB back in 2 years ago, I find myself spending more and more and more time on it ever since! Up to a point while I was driving I will update my status, just to feel that everyone would love to know where I am and what I am going to do (how sick?).

Well, today is the first day I made up my mind to quit FB (was I even addicted?) and it goes well so far, I am not missing it, not thinking about it (only now when I am writing about it), so far I have no obvious withdrawal syndrome (like what Deborah was suggesting), and I find I suddenly have tons of time at my hands to kill! Imagine how much time FB kill for me before today! ;-)

I am gonna spend more time reading for this week, at least. I want to know more about the business that bought back my time from working for someone and let me enjoy my passion in photography. The business that everyone should be and is involving in today. I have download an App in my iPhone that access to all sources of finance and investment information on one page. So that I can read them every morning instead of sitting in front of my MacBook and shouting out on my FB wall~

Ok guys, I will keep you updated on my progress of 'quitting' FB, wish me luck!
