- Drink at least 3 litres of fresh water per day.
- Eat 'enough' vegetable per meal.
- Cut down on rice. Except Brown Rice.
- Went totally sugar-free for Tea Tarik, Nescafe, etc. (Well, at least 3 out of 7 days per week.)
- Renew my Gym Membership.
- If there is traffic jam, there I will be at the Gym.
- Build 'some' Muscles before I am 38. (hehehe~)
- Sleep before 10:30pm. (for a start)
- No meals after 9pm.
- Wake up around 8am. (My client only free after 9am anyway)
- errrr....... let me think further.
