I mentioned about re-igniting my Healthy Lifestyle Action for 2009 at my Facebook...

Ok, this is what I am gonna to do in 2009, very practically:
  1. Drink at least 3 litres of fresh water per day.
  2. Eat 'enough' vegetable per meal.
  3. Cut down on rice. Except Brown Rice.
  4. Went totally sugar-free for Tea Tarik, Nescafe, etc. (Well, at least 3 out of 7 days per week.)
  5. Renew my Gym Membership.
  6. If there is traffic jam, there I will be at the Gym.
  7. Build 'some' Muscles before I am 38. (hehehe~)
  8. Sleep before 10:30pm. (for a start)
  9. No meals after 9pm.
  10. Wake up around 8am. (My client only free after 9am anyway)
  11. errrr....... let me think further.
