Gosh I just spent 2 whole days tidying and filing my bills, statements, receipts, documents, etc. I really respect all the office clerks who need to handle a lot more than I did, it's really an wisdom in doing all these, I wonder if there is a degree on filing and tidying office documents..
Well, this is another 'Spring Cleaning' for me, it's time to say goodbye again to all the 'expired' data and computer software. And I am looking for a recycle firm who can take away my waste papers, I last one I knew has been closed down after failing to get a government project (it was set up to get the Government Project).
Also, this help me to crystalised the job scope for my Personal Assistant (PA) coming 2009:
1. File all paper documents including:
- Commission Statement
- Bank Account Statement
- Credit Card Statement
- Electricity Bills
- Water Bills
- House Loan Statement
- Car Loan Statement
- Astro Statement
- Telecommunication Statement
- All Investment Account Statement
- All Receipts for Income Tax
- Etc.
- Credit Card payment
- Electricity & Water Bills Payment
- House Loan Payment
- Car Loan Payment
- Claim Interest Subsidy for Car Loan & House Loan
- Api-Api Car Park Fees
- All Life Insurance Premiums
- Road Tax Renewal
- Car Insurance Renewal
- Etc.
- Update all new Clients Database into CRM
- Sync new Clients Birthday with Mobile Device once a month
- Send Birthday Cards for All non-Mutual Gold Members
- SMSs for important Market Updates
- Process EPF Submission including client visit to get new forms signed
- Propose Switching for Mutual Gold Clients by presenting a Report
- Etc.
