I AM RUNNING FOR MARATHON THIS YEAR~


For me this is an obvious improvement man~ I wish I can run for the Full Marathon this 11 October 2009!

You hear me seventh? lol~

Are you sure with the FULL marathon? Full is 42km, my dear.
To prepare for FULL, your body must be ready. First you really must enjoy 5km, 10km, 21km then you go for 42km.

Plan your schedule now. It's very important. You cannot afford to miss gym now. :)
