My Blackberry Bold 9000 really sucks!!!!

If anyone of you (in Sabah, Malaysia) reading this and happen to be just about to buy a Blackberry Bold, don't! If you have read my previous post, you were informed my 1st unit has a broken volume key the first day I got it, I mean, don't you have a Quality Assurance Department to check every unit which came out from the factory?? The 2nd unit I have been using since 6 days ago, with a Digi simcard inserted, it was fine for 1 day, then out of the blue the sms can not be sent anymore and I have tons of sms stuck in the outbox, i can only remedy this by re-seting some options in the menu then switch on and off the phone to get it send out, and all is hit and miss thing. I swap in my Maxis simcard thinking it was the 'barrier to entry' thing imposed by Maxis to encourage people who love Blackberry to switch their service to Maxis, and guess what?

It's the same old bl**dy problem like the Digi simcard. I called the Maxis support line, no one knew enough technical details to solve my problem, we went through the basic crap of trouble shooting like:

1. Have you check your memory card, is it full?

2. Is the setting of the Maxis sms service centre number correct, please retype it again? 

3. Have you try swapping your simcard to another phone and try it?

4. Have you...

Nooooooo.... I mean.... Yeeeesssssss! I have tried everything, and if you still can not solve my problem in 3 days time, I will have to exercise my consumer right to return your unit!

Black berry is black, I mean even the new president is 'black', can't you change for a change?? huh?
